I. Project Background

The Huaw 5G Data Center Cloud Computing Center is the core infrastructure for the integration of 5G communication and cloud computing. It undertakes the functions of regional 5G signal transmission, massive data computing, and cloud service support for key industries. It needs to meet the requirements of high bandwidth, low latency, and stable operation of high-density equipment. There are various types of power lines, signal lines, etc. in the computer room. If they are laid in a disorderly manner, it is easy to cause interference and safety hazards. There is an urgent need for professional cable tray engineering to build an efficient cable management system.

Ii. Customer Background

Hua W has accumulated profound technical expertise in 5G and cloud computing, and its services cover multiple industries worldwide. It has strict standards for the construction of computer rooms, with particular attention paid to the reliability, safety and scalability of infrastructure. It requires that the cable trays in this project have excellent load-bearing and anti-corrosion performance, and can meet the requirements of classified cable laying and subsequent expansion, as well as be compatible with the upgrade of 5G networks and the improvement of computing power.

Iii. Project Content

1. Customized selection and design: According to the cable requirements of different areas in the computer room, we customize steel ladder-type, closed metal trough-type, fireproof and other specifications of cable trays, optimize the layout design to avoid conflicts with other facilities, and reserve space for operation and maintenance as well as expansion.

2. Precise installation and construction: The deviation of line laying and positioning is ≤±2mm. Standardized fixed brackets and splicing treatment are provided. Customized turning accessories are made to ensure smooth cable operation. Grounding treatment is carried out simultaneously (grounding resistance ≤4Ω).

3. Classified laying and marking: Lay according to the principle of "separating strong and weak electricity and layering power signals", use partitions to separate and reduce interference, label both ends of the cables and record them in the system, and set direction indicators on the outside of the cable tray.

4. Acceptance and Operation and Maintenance Assurance: Conduct multi-dimensional acceptance including appearance, load-bearing capacity, grounding, etc., to ensure the long-term stable operation of the computer room.
